This pivotal role combines practice management, patient coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Your expertise will help foster a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and optimizing the practice's financial health. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient service Coordinate patient treatment plans, explaining procedures and financial options clearly and confidently Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment confirmations to maximize productivity Handle billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and collections using Curve Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information Monitor practice finances through budgeting, fiscal management, and financial reporting to optimize revenue streams Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as JCAHO requirements and OSHA regulations Support human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, staff development, and conflict resolution Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks to manage patient data efficiently Collaborate with clinical staff to support medical management initiatives and acute care protocols when necessary Implement clinic policies to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction Experience Proven experience managing a dental or medical office environment with a strong understanding of dental office workflows Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare setting Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix; experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations including JCAHO standards Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, managed care billing, and revenue cycle management Experience supporting medical administrative functions such as insurance processing, coding accuracy, and collections strategies Familiarity with clinic operations involving acute care or hospital experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills for effective treatment coordination and team leadership Ability to adapt quickly to evolving healthcare policies while maintaining high standards of patient care Join us in creating a vibrant practice where exceptional patient care meets outstanding operational excellence!
