Schedule :
Day shifts, 3x12s, 7a-7p with rotating weekends
Pay:
$24.00 - 35.00 / hour + competitive shift differentials This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.
For example:
Mon -
Fri:
6pm to 8am = +$3.00/hr .
Shift Differential Sat & Sun:
8am to 6pm = +$3.00/hr.
Shift Differential Sat & Sun:
6pm to 8am = +$4.50/hr. Shift Differential As a Patient Care Supervisor, you will… Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings. Organize training schedules for Patient Care staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution. Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans. Other related duties as assigned. Why BluePearl?
