  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice
  • Collaborate with physicians and providers to improve practice operations
  • HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, coaching and performance management
  • Lead and supervise administrative and clinical support staff
  • Oversee revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, and insurance coordination
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and operational expenses
  • Optimize patient scheduling, workflow, and overall patient experience
  • Resolve patient concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and other healthcare regulations Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
REQUIRED
.
  • 3-5 years of medical practice management or healthcare management experience
REQUIRED.
  • Experience managing physician practices or specialty medical offices
REQUIRED
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA)
PREFERRED
.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing/surgical billing, coding, insurance, and reimbursement processes
  • Knowledge of the surgical scheduling process, including coordination with hospitals and ASC's
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
