Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Office Manager with expertise in roofing and construction to lead our administrative operations. This energetic professional will serve as the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth daily functions, effective communication, and efficient project coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, leadership ability, and a passion for supporting team success. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to facilitate seamless communication with diverse clients, vendors, and team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing industry while managing vital office functions that keep our operations running at peak performance. Duties Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling for multiple teams and projects Coordinate project timelines, appointments, and meetings through effective schedule management Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities to foster a high-performing team Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing in collaboration with human resources Maintain accurate filing systems, records management, and document organization for project files, employee records, and compliance documentation Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee files, and assisting with payroll administration Organize company events and community outreach initiatives related to roofing and construction projects Ensure excellent communication across departments by maintaining clear documentation and professional phone etiquette Experience Proven supervisory experience in an office setting within the roofing or construction industry or similar field Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll tasks Strong background in office management including calendar management, vendor relations, and administrative support Experience in event planning, team training & development, and human resources functions Familiarity with medical office management or medical clerical experience is a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing systems and record keeping Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish; ability to handle front desk duties with professionalism using multi-line phone systems Prior experience managing budgets and performing basic bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable Join us as we build a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in roofing & construction! Pay:
$25.95 - $31.25 per hour
