Marietta, GA East Cobb Family Dentistry, a modern and fast-growing dental practice in Marietta, GA , is seeking a Case Manager to support our Dentists. This role is focused on guiding patients through general dentistry and advanced surgical procedures such as dental implants, bone grafting, full-arch restorations, and wisdom teeth extractions. This is not a front desk or administrative role—this is a high-impact sales position where your ability to consult, build trust, and close cases will directly influence patient care and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead treatment consultations for restorative, surgical and implant-related procedures Present and explain treatment plans and financing options Build strong rapport and trust with patients to increase case acceptance Collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists and clinical staff Manage a steady pipeline through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and patient education

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of dental sales or treatment coordination experience required Prior experience supporting oral surgery or implant cases strongly preferred Proven track record of closing high-value treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to simplify clinical concepts for patient understanding Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based role Experience with dental software, patient financing tools, and CRM systems is a plus
