Job Description

Office Manager / Practice Operations Lead Alternative Health Atlanta is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Operations Lead who wants to be deeply invested in the growth of a purpose-driven healthcare practice. This is not a routine administrative job. We are looking for someone who believes in what we do, wants to learn our methods, and is committed to helping build a practice that restores patients' health through an integrative, root-cause approach. What Matters Most Passion for this work and belief in our mission come first. We can train you on our systems, but we cannot train commitment, ownership, or alignment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the clinic, support the doctor's vision, and help lead a team that changes lives. Role Overview You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping guide staff, support patients, and create the structure needed for sustainable growth. This role requires someone who is both people-oriented and production-minded — able to care deeply about patients while ensuring the business runs efficiently and continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and workflow Lead, train, and hold staff accountable to standards Hire, onboard, and when necessary, make staffing changes Maintain a professional, structured, respectful work environment Ensure patients receive an organized, supportive experience Learn our care model and help reinforce it with the team Monitor scheduling efficiency, productivity, and operational flow Help implement systems that allow the clinic to grow responsibly Serve as a steady, grounded leader others look to for direction Preferred Experience Prior office management experience in dentistry or healthcare strongly preferred Proven ability to manage teams and run a structured schedule-driven environment Experience with production metrics, scheduling flow, and operational accountability Comfortable leading staff while maintaining professionalism and boundaries (Dental office experience translates especially well to this role, but is not required for the right candidate.) Who You Are A natural leader who brings calm, clarity, and structure Friendly and approachable, yet firm and consistent Professional, ethical, and not influenced by office politics Able to build team cohesion while maintaining appropriate boundaries Highly organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Motivated by helping patients regain their health Invested in the success of the practice, not just completing tasks Someone who makes the owner's role lighter by creating order and follow-through What We Provide Training in our clinical philosophy and operational approach A meaningful leadership role in a growing integrative practice Opportunity to shape systems, team culture, and future growth A workplace focused on purpose, not just volume If you are looking for a position where you can lead, build, and contribute to something that truly helps people heal — we would love to hear from you. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based growth tied to practice development and operational success Paid time off and professional development Long-term opportunity to grow with the clinic as it expands (This is a leadership role, not an entry-level administrative position.) Please submit your resume along with a short note explaining why this type of work resonates with you. Go to our Employment page https://alternativehealthatlanta.com/join-us/ to learn more about us.
