Expect:
St. Luke's Maternal Fetal Medicine provides specialized, high-risk obstetric care to patients throughout Southern Idaho and the surrounding region. Our collaborative team of six physicians, advanced practice providers, and genetic counselors works closely with skilled clinical staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive and cohesive environment. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, including onsite ultrasound, non-stress testing (NST), and genetic counseling. This leadership role also supports our Urogynecology clinic, a small but highly specialized practice staffed by a physician, an advanced practice provider, and an experienced clinical team dedicated to caring for women with complex pelvic health needs. We are seeking an exceptional leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive culture, driving operational excellence, and supporting high-quality care for the women and families we serve throughout our communities. Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards. Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement. Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office. Requires an in-depth knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems. Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's + 2 years of experience OR Associate's + 4 years of experience OR HS Diploma/GED + 6 years of experience
