What to Expect We are seeking a collaborative and dynamic Practice Manager 1 to lead operations for a diverse outpatient practice that includes a busy Urgent Care Clinic with extended evening and weekend hours, a General Surgery Clinic, and traveling specialty services, all located under one roof. The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff development, patient experience, quality initiatives, financial performance, and workflow optimization across multiple service lines. This leader will foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong partnership with providers, staff, and leaders across the organization, including managers from clinical and operational departments, to ensure seamless patient care, effective communication, and achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is committed to supporting staff, enhancing patient outcomes, and driving operational excellence. Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards. Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice, and ensures their achievement. Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office. May require cross functional knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems. Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree + 2 years of experience OR High School Diploma + 4 years of experience
