7:45am-1:00pm (2x per month) Responsibilities Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance Qualifications At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office Experience leading a team Knowledge of dental terminology Compensation $25 - $28 per hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
