We're looking for an Office Manager & Community Growth Coordinator to lead our dental practice and help us grow as the friendly, trusted dental practice in our community. This role blends running a warm, well-organized front office with getting out into the community to help build our name and grow our patient base. What You'll Do Create a warm, high energy first impression for every patient, from the first phone call to check-out Lead day-to-day office operations: scheduling, team management, coordination with insurance/billing team Get out into the community attending local events and networking to build our name and grow our patient base Coach and lead a small, growing team Partner directly with the dentist and leadership on growth strategy What We're Looking For A friendly, welcoming, high-energy personality. This matters more than anything else Dental office experience is a big plus Management or supervisory experience in a patient-focused environment Someone comfortable being the face of the practice, both inside and outside the office Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle a busy front office Why Join Us We're transitioning a practice from part-time, retiring dentist and rebuilding with a great new dentist and a fresh team — a real opportunity to help shape the culture and grow something from the ground up.
