Job Description
We are a premier, privately owned dental office located in Lincoln Park. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of dentistry to each of our valued patients. Our team takes pride in being part of this exceptional practice, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our growing team. If you're willing to work and play hard, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with extensive experience in dental front desk operations and a comprehensive understanding of dental insurance. As we transition to an out-of-network (OON) practice over the past two years, it is crucial that the ideal candidate has a firm grasp of this shift and can effectively guide our office through the remaining phases of this transformation. The successful candidate will possess the ability to clearly articulate the differences between in-network and out-of-network insurance plans to our patients, ensuring they are well-informed about their options. , and the skill to address a wide range of patient inquiries are vital. This role will involve close collaboration with department leads for both dental assistants and hygienists, working together to create seamless office operations that enhance patient care and efficiency. Familiarity with , as it will contribute to the streamlined management of our practice. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to contribute positively to the team and motivate and educate patients about optimal oral health. Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient scheduling. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Oversee billing and budgeting processes, including fiscal management and financial reporting. Utilize EHR systems and dental software like Open Dental for patient management. Communicate effectively with patients and staff, providing support and addressing inquiries.Our employees enjoy:
