Job Description
Practice Manager needed for top notch Dermatology Clinic The Practice Manager shall be an integrated part of an established high-volume dermatology practice. The clinic is looking for a seasoned, high-performing manager who embodies high standards and professionalism to help execute on and manage the growth of the clinic. The clinic prides itself on having the highest ethical, health care, and business practice standards and is looking for someone that embodies these standards.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include helping set the tone for a positive, collaborative, and professional culture where everyone is held accountable. An emphasis on developing training approaches and accountability metrics is important. Leading by example through exceptional follow through, a "can do" attitude, and focus on continuous improvement is a must. The overall objective is to provide exceptional patient service through efficient practice operations, which span from patient interaction to Clinical and Cosmetic care by optimizing overall company inter-department collaboration, standards, and flow.Representative Major Responsibilities:
- Take lead with input from owners on developing training programs and manuals with accountability metrics for various departments/functions such as medical assistants, call center, and front desk.
- Responsible for collaborating with owners in hiring practice personnel such as call center, front desk, and medical assistants as well as conducting performance reviews.
- Responsible for taking lead on developing accountability metrics for various staffing functions.
- Lead by example with exceptional follow through, a "can-do" attitude, and focus on continuous improvement
- Develop employees by fostering a team-driven environment and by providing coaching in a positive manner in an effort to maintain and build self-esteem and competence while still requiring the highest standards for employees.
- Collaborate with owners and practice manager to execute on growth initiatives such as social media and online reputation management, new marketing initiatives, patient retention, etc
- Continue to improve efficiencies in various practice operations.
- Provide appropriate and timely follow up to address all patient concerns and complaints.
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience
- A bare minimum of 4 years' experience in health care operations
- Demonstrated relevant work experience
