Oak Lawn, IL Pay:
$25-$30/hr (based on experience) We're Hiring for Impact — Not Maintenance We're a growing dental practice looking for a strong Office Manager who can take control of front office operations, fix inefficiencies, and drive results. If you understand dental insurance, know how to manage a schedule, and can hold a team accountable—this role is for you. This is not a passive admin role. You will directly influence production, collections, and overall office performance. What You'll Own Front office operations and daily workflow execution Insurance verification, claims, EOBs, and pre-authorizations Billing, collections, and patient financial management Treatment plan presentation and case acceptance support Schedule optimization (goal: high utilization, minimal gaps) Team coordination and accountability at the front desk Resolving patient and insurance issues quickly and effectively What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Clean and organized insurance/claims workflow Improved schedule efficiency and reduced downtime Stronger collection processes and fewer outstanding balances Clear communication and structure within the front team What We're Looking For Dental office management or strong front desk leadership experience Solid understanding of insurance, billing, and EOBs (non-negotiable) Confident discussing finances and treatment with patients Highly organized, fast, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software systems Who This Is NOT For Someone looking for a low-responsibility admin role Someone without strong dental insurance experience Someone uncomfortable with accountability or performance expectations Why Join Us Growing practice with real opportunity to make an impact Leadership that values efficiency and execution No unnecessary bureaucracy—just results
