Practice Administrator Christopher J. Couri, DDS, MS | Periodontics & Implants Peoria, IL Full-time | Monday - Friday $80,000-$90,000 per year Christopher J. Couri, DDS, MS is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead daily operations and support a growing, fee-for-service periodontal and implant practice. This is an opportunity for a confident, people-centered leader who values organization, accountability, and creating a positive experience for both patients and team members. What You'll Do Leadership & Operations Serve as the operational leader of the practice, partnering closely with the doctor to support strategy, systems, and long-term growth Lead the team with clear communication, consistency, and professionalism Oversee day-to-day practice operations to support efficient patient flow and scheduling Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development Manage performance expectations and team accountability with respect and follow-through Coordinate morning huddles, team meetings, and operational priorities Maintain workflows, systems, and policies that support a calm, organized, and hospitable environment Patient Experience & Practice Culture Help ensure every patient interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and care Support a culture where patients feel welcomed and team members feel supported Lead change and improvement efforts with empathy and clarity What We're Looking For Experience in a dental or healthcare leadership environment preferred Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage accountability, and support daily operations Strong communication skills with a calm, professional presence Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building and maintaining systems Ability to balance people leadership with operational responsibility Why You'll Love Working With Us We offer a professional, people-centered work environment where leadership, teamwork, and patient care are genuinely valued.
