Bloom Dental is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead one of our growing dental offices. We are a privately owned dental group that offers the personal feel of a smaller company with the benefits, resources, and growth opportunities you would expect from a larger organization. This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can build a strong team, hold people accountable, create a great patient experience, and stay on top of the day-to-day details that keep a successful dental practice running. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading, supporting, and holding the office team accountable Creating a positive and professional team environment Managing the daily flow of the practice Working closely with doctors and leadership Monitoring schedules and helping ensure provider time is used effectively Supporting patient scheduling and treatment follow-up Ensuring unscheduled treatment is consistently followed up on Monitoring insurance aging, collections, patient balances, and other key front office areas Helping the team reach practice goals Reviewing reports and identifying areas that need attention Managing attendance, performance, and team concerns Coaching and developing team members Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training Ensuring office policies and processes are followed consistently Addressing patient concerns and helping create a great overall patient experience Stepping in and helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly You May Be a Great Fit If You Have previous dental management or dental leadership experience Understand both the clinical and front office sides of a dental practice Are comfortable reviewing numbers, reports, schedules, and practice performance Know how to hold a team accountable while still being supportive Communicate clearly and handle difficult conversations professionally Are organized and follow through Can identify a problem and work toward a solution without waiting to be told every next step Are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment Enjoy developing people and building a strong team Understand the importance of treatment acceptance, collections, insurance follow-up, and a healthy schedule Are willing to jump in when your team needs you Benefits You'll Love Two weeks of paid time off Eight paid holidays Paid birthday Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Opportunities for continued growth within Bloom Dental Why Bloom Dental?
