This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned dental professional who is ready to step confidently into a leadership role and take their career to the next level. Our ideal candidate is positive, patient-focused, and motivated to lead a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence across the practice. What You'll Do As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both clinical and non-clinical operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily office operations by enforcing policies and protocols and ensuring quality patient care Managing Accounts Receivable to maintain a healthy financial status Presenting treatment plans and clearly communicating financial policies and payment options Overseeing insurance claim processing Streamlining operational procedures to improve productivity and efficiency Ensuring compliance with OSHA and all hygiene and safety regulations Leading team meetings, trainings, and daily huddles Auditing schedules for errors or inefficiencies and implementing corrective action Managing schedule flow, blocking and unblocking time strategically to maximize production Monitoring unscheduled treatment reports and ensuring timely patient follow-up Creating incentive challenges to motivate the team and drive daily production goals Conducting periodic check-ins and annual performance evaluations Performing additional leadership duties as needed to support practice growth This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational and people-management sides of dentistry. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in a dental office across multiple facets of operations (management experience preferred) Experience with Open Dental (preferred) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred, not required) Flexible to work varying weekday practice hours (Monday-Friday) Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Patient-focused and team-oriented leader Confident problem-solver who can make sound, independent decisions Goal-driven and motivated to exceed production targets Professional, relationship-oriented, and committed to maintaining a positive team culture If you're ready to lead with purpose, drive results, and make a meaningful impact in a well-established and growing dental practice, we would love to connect with you.
