SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall coordination of the front and back office functions for the practice. Responds to patient complaints and requests from physicians. Responsible for filling staffing shortages to assure adequate staffing of the office to meet patient needs. Establishes and maintains procedures to ensure prompt and efficient patient flow.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional & Technical Skills Working knowledge of clinical operations, which includes effective scheduling, supply and inventory controls, minimal medical terminology. Knowledgeable of computer programs & report generation. Education High school diploma or GED. License(s) or Certification(s) NA Other Skills or Requirements​​​​​ Previous management experience Great written and oral communication skills ​​Skilled to care for certain age related patient groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups) All age groups
