Know Your Team:
The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support. Responsibilities The Mgr Cardiovascular Administration manages business operations and personnel for the Heart and Vascular Clinic including areas of insurance, coding, compliance, scheduling of procedures, and departmental collaboration. Coordinates billing, accounts receivable, supply ordering, cost analysis and is responsible for payroll monitoring and reporting. Assists with the credentialing process for HVC and outreach locations and coordinates activities with other departments and participates in obtaining and maintaining qualified personnel. Responsible for environmental control of area. Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related medical field. Current RN license. 2+ years' of medical facility or medical business office experience. Current knowledge of physician clinic or hospital operations. Strong problem solving, multitasking and customer service skills. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use computers and Microsoft Programs (word, excel, etc.).
Preferred Job Requirements:
Supervisory experience. Strong business experience. Strong accounting background in a medically related environment. Previous experience with accounting procedures.
