Job Description

US Heart and Vascular is needing a Medical Practice Office Manager to join our team at Cardiology Specialists of Acadiana in Lafayette LA. Position Summary Provides support and assistance to the Director of Operations, Front Office Supervisor, and Physician's through the performance of various assigned administrative and clerical tasks
Responsibilities:
Supports the daily administrative needs, overseeing front office departments have the tools to perform daily tasks. Work with Front Office Supervisor to ensure processes and procedures are streamlined to provide positive patient experience. Reconciles patient payments that are procured through the mail and on site Creates and modifies scheduling templates for procedures, clinic, and diagnostic testing Performs administrative tasks related to anniversaries of employees and benefits Assists in the coordination of company functions as assigned Represents organization both publicly and privately in positive and professional manner Follows confidentiality and HIPAA privacy security rules Fosters a positive working environment that is responsive to patient needs Perform any other services deemed reasonable by the
Director of Operations Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of five years' experience in a medical office or other healthcare setting. Utilize telephone etiquette and professionalism Exhibit strong interpersonal skill Respond promptly to physicians' directions
