Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing Experience leading and developing teams Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset Commitment to exceptional patient care and team success
