Angell Animal Medical Center of Boston looking for full time experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisors to join our renowned, state of the art Emergency and Critical Care departments . There is an opening on our day and overnight team. There is a $10,000 sign on bonus for Certified Veterinary Technicians hired for this position! Qualified candidates will have previous supervisory or leadership experience and experience working in emergency veterinary medicine. Responsibilities:
Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching and performance evaluation process for all ECC Service Staff. Create work schedules, prepare payroll, and process personnel records for Inpatient Service Staff. Must have a working knowledge of complex diseases in order to provide nursing care and develop and train member of the ECC team. Assist clinicians in triaging, stabilizing, and providing high quality nursing care to patients and offer instruction and demonstration to veterinary students, interns, residents, and other technicians. Compensation:
