We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Practice/Office Manager to lead the daily administrative and clinical operations of our multi-site practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing the highest quality of service, fostering a positive and efficient work environment, and supporting our team of providers and staff.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to): Oversee all daily administrative and clinical operations of the practice Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise administrative and support staff Plan and facilitate regular team meetings Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development Manage the ordering, inventory, and maintenance of medical supplies and office equipment Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate compensation Collaborate with IT vendors to resolve technical issues and identify system improvement opportunities Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Promote positive collaboration and effective communication between providers and administrative staff Ensure accurate patient scheduling, appointment management, and workflow optimization Oversee billing, coding, and revenue cycle management activities Develop and manage staff schedules to maintain optimal coverage and productivity
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations leadership (required) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Experienced candidates only This position offers significant opportunity for career growth for the right candidate.
