Full Job Description Marina Office Manager Location:
Hingham, MA 02043 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Marina Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our marina located in Hingham, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, coordinating with marina staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for boaters and visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations including scheduling, billing, and customer service. Coordinate slip rentals, reservations, and maintain accurate records of marina occupancy. Oversee inventory and ordering of office and marina supplies. Assist with marina maintenance scheduling and vendor communications. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain compliance with marina policies, safety regulations, and local ordinances. Prepare reports related to marina operations, occupancy, and financial transactions. Support marketing and community outreach efforts as needed. Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Customer Contract Management Qualifications Proven experience in office management, preferably in a marina, hospitality, or related environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, reservation systems). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of boating and marina operations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Work Environment This position is based at our marina office in Hingham, MA. The role may require occasional weekend or evening hours during peak boating season. ```
