Hingham, MA 02043 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Marina Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our marina located in Hingham, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, coordinating with marina staff, and providing exceptional service to boaters and visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations including scheduling, billing, and record keeping. Serve as the primary point of contact for marina customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate slip rentals, reservations, and waitlists efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and prepare reports. Oversee inventory and ordering of office and marina supplies. Collaborate with maintenance and dock staff to ensure smooth marina operations. Implement and enforce marina policies and safety regulations. Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, preferably in a marina, hospitality, or related environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling and billing systems). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of boating and marina operations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
