This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving workflows, supporting providers, and creating an exceptional patient experience. While this position will initially spend time assisting with front-office operations as the practice continues to grow, the long-term focus is on leading the office, developing staff, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Leadership Supervise and support both Patient Services and Clinical staff. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment. Coach, mentor, and develop employees. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Address day-to-day operational issues while escalating significant concerns appropriately. Operations Oversee the daily operation of the Lexington office. Monitor patient flow and provider schedules. Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency. Ensure consistent office standards are maintained. Coordinate staffing coverage and daily assignments. Work closely with the Practice Director on office operations and growth initiatives. Patient Services Assist with patient check-in and check-out as needed. Support scheduling and registration processes. Help resolve patient concerns professionally. Ensure an exceptional patient experience from arrival through departure. Provider Support Partner with providers to improve office efficiency. Help remove operational barriers that impact patient care. Ensure providers have the support and resources needed throughout the day. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience Medical office experience required Experience supervising staff in a physician practice Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with EHR/practice management systems Preferred Experience managing both front-office and clinical operations Experience implementing workflow improvements Compensation & Benefits Starting at $28.00/hour , based on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with
