Salary is based on experience. Experience with medical practice management and/or operations in an office setting . Knowledge of EPIC software helpful. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude needed with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals at all levels. Ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
ASSOCIATE'S
DEGREE or higher in Medical Office Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field Full-time Benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k plan, holidays, vacation and sick days.
Duties include:
Oversee day-to -day office operations, providing leadership and guidance to administrative and clinical staff to ensure seamless workflows and morale. Practice liaison for the practice. Accounting function including Cash management, Payroll preparation and Account's payable processing. Human resource function including benefit program administration Provider credentialing Retirement plan administration Staff meetings, as needed. Monthly reports and statistics Maintain and enhance a culture of exceptional patient care by optimizing appointment scheduling, ensuring prompt follow-up and addressing patient concerns. Resolving and managing escalations with patients and families. Manage office schedules and staffing Ordering of supplies Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Staff resource. Develop & maintain policies and procedures, as needed. Educate staff and medical providers to help achieve required quality improvement initiatives.
