Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining financial health of the practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical office management, dental clinic experience, and a passion for creating a positive environment for both patients and team members. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Duties Lead the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient service Supervise administrative staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members, fostering a collaborative team environment Oversee medical records management, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize clinic efficiency and patient care delivery Implement human resources policies related to staffing, training, performance reviews, and employee relations Oversee billing procedures for managed care plans and acute care services while maintaining financial health of the practice Maintain inventory control of dental supplies and equipment Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with strong supervisory skills Familiarity with dental practice management Dental experience (ideally 3-5+ years) Experience managing a dental office and managing a larger team of people more than just the front desk Hands on people person that can make sure patients and staff are happy Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care!
