Duties Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and administrative support functions Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Supervise clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory control of office supplies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Experience Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry skills Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
