Full-Time | 4-day work week, including one weekend shift | Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM•7:00

$32•$40/hour Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Clinical Supervisor to join our Internal Medicine team in Woburn, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Technician ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to support advanced specialty medicine and exceptional patient care. As a Veterinary Clinical Supervisor, you'll help lead daily operations, support technician development, and partner with hospital leadership to create a collaborative and efficient Internal Medicine department. Compensation $32•40/hour, based on experience and skills

Life and AD&D + Short & Long-Term Disability + Critical Illness + Accident + Hospital Indemnity 401(k) with employer match Employee Assistance Program Schedule Full-Time 4-day work week One weekend shift required Flexible scheduling with shifts between 7:00 AM•7:00 PM Responsibilities Support daily operations within the Internal Medicine department to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality patient care Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and team coordination Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Veterinary Technicians and support team members Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and staff development Partner with hospital leadership on department goals, payroll, workflow improvements, and operational needs Encourage teamwork, communication, and collaboration across departments Support client communication and ensure a positive client experience Help problem-solve challenges while maintaining a supportive and professional team environment Promote excellence in specialty medicine within a fast-paced animal hospital setting Qualifications Experienced Veterinary Technician with strong clinical knowledge and leadership ability College/technical school education or equivalent professional experience Internal Medicine, specialty medicine, ER, or advanced veterinary experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to support, mentor, and develop a collaborative veterinary team Positive leadership style focused on teamwork and growth CVT, LVT, RVT, or VTS certification valued but not required Fluent English speaking and reading skills required Did you know?
