Job description Veterinarian Practice Manager - Worcester MA The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing a variety of coordination, supervisory, and operational functions within the hospital. This role focuses on veterinary hospital administration, training staff, executing operational plans, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, staffing, safety and security. The Practice Manager reports to the Partner DVM or the Chief Veterinary Officer. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 3+ years veterinary experience Minimum 3+ year of management experience (any industry) Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning Strong communication, technology, organizational, and analytical skills

Scope:

Lead and effectively utilize a high-performing support staff Ensure the medical staff and facility remain compliant with all applicable federal rules and regulations Provide input, ideas, and suggestions to support the continual improvement of the practice environment for the care team, patients, and pet parents. Ensure all licenses remain current and compliant with state and federal regulations.
