Position Summary The University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Clinical Program - CRNP (Cap Region Cardiac Surgery Practice) to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the UM Cardiac Surgery Practice located at the Cap Region site. This role collaborates closely with clinical leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure APPs are supported in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Develop a robost practice site to include assessment and organization of patients pre and post operatively.
