Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a positive, growth-focused office culture that drives teamwork and retention.
  • Align the clinic with company values, standards, and operational best practices.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to achieve monthly goals.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Resolve staff and patient concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance, professional standards, and excellent clinic appearance.
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
    Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility in various situations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Suite; dental software experience is required.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to start date.
  • Successful completion of background check (including criminal record check) and urinalysis.
