Responsibilities:

Lead a positive, growth-focused office culture that drives teamwork and retention. Align the clinic with company values, standards, and operational best practices. Coach, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance. Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to achieve monthly goals. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and implement solutions. Resolve staff and patient concerns quickly and effectively. Ensure compliance, professional standards, and excellent clinic appearance.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility in various situations while maintaining confidentiality. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Suite; dental software experience is required. Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to start date. Successful completion of background check (including criminal record check) and urinalysis.
