We are a growing multi-location dental group across Maryland, and we're looking for leaders who want more than a job, they want to build, lead, and grow a successful practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong dental office experience and leadership skills who is ready to take ownership of office performance while supporting and developing their team. The Office Manager works closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the office runs smoothly, patients receive exceptional care, and systems are consistently executed. With multiple growing practices across Maryland, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact within a multi-location organization. Key Responsibilities Lead daily office operations and front office workflow Manage patient scheduling to optimize productivity and flow Oversee insurance verification, patient accounts, and billing processes Monitor production, collections, and key office performance metrics Maintain organized documentation and office systems Lead daily team huddles and support team communication Coach, support, and develop front office staff Reinforce office policies, systems, and workflows Support hiring, onboarding, and team accountability Address and resolve patient concerns to ensure a positive experience Qualifications 3-5+ years of dental office experience required Prior leadership or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and accounts receivable Proven ability to lead a team and manage office operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset Why Join iBrush Family Dental Care?
