MEDICAL OFFICE MANAGER - FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
| UP TO $120K + FULLBENEFITS
Are you a business-minded healthcare leader who believes there is more to healthcare than simply treating symptoms? We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing functional medicine practice that takes a root-cause, whole-person approach to care. This is a unique opportunity to become a key part of a patient- and family-centered practice built around education, connection, prevention, and long-term wellness. This is a fee-for-service, membership-based practice offering advanced and innovative wellness services including IV therapy, root-cause testing, peptides, ozone therapy, red light therapy, acupuncture, and advanced diagnostic testing.WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice Own and manage the practice P&L, budgeting, and financial performance Drive practice growth, membership growth, and overall profitability Manage doctor schedules and optimize provider utilization Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency and the patient experience Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for growth Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Create a culture centered around accountability, compassion, collaboration, and exceptional patient service Build strong relationships with patients, families, and the surrounding community Partner closely with physicians to ensure the practice's operational and growth goals align with its clinical missionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience managing a healthcare or medical practice Strong business acumen with experience owning a P&L Demonstrated ability to drive practice growth and improve financial performance Strong leadership and team accountability skills Experience managing provider schedules and daily practice operations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A patient-first and family-centered mindset Passion for holistic, functional, and root-cause approaches to healthcare Someone who genuinely enjoys building community and creating meaningful relationships with patients Comfortable working in a fee-for-service and membership-based environment Highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurialWHAT WE OFFER
