This position requires excellent communication skills and a desire to lead, execute, and hold team members accountable towards meeting financial goals while keeping 5-star patient education and care as the top priority. Currently at 10 offices and $20M+ in annual revenue and growing, Smile Loft Dental provides a fantastic and unique opportunity to grow and expand your dental management career within a supportive, team-based environment. Experience with Carestack a bonus. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management, with expertise in practice management, treatment plan presentation, and team motivation & management. Responsibilities Leads team by example in punctuality, professionalism, integrity in interactions with management and team members Utilizes numbers to guide and influence decision making; able to extract and analyze relevant data points from Program Management Software and other sources as needed Builds coalition of support for ideas and concepts Inspires & motivates teams towards growth and improvement Holds team members accountable for their responsibilities within the organization Executes on responsibilities within their purview (for example, meeting or exceeding a monthly collection goal across all offices) Utilizes a systems-based approach to all jobs tasks Maintains thorough understanding of all job duties within a dental office for effective, in-the-moment coaching and management Open to constructive criticism Ability to work independently Team Player - willingness to help staff with tasks that are "below" a Regional Director Problem solving, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills Flexible and able to adjust to change quickly- can think on their feet
