We are seeking a qualified office manager and practice leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. If you have experience in dental office management and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply. This position will also carry with it a performance-based bonus structure. Highly motivated office managers that are capable of motivating patients to proceed with care are highly respected and sought after for this position. Successful office managers in our group see substantial additions to their base salary.
Duties :
  • financial coordination and treatment planning for patients
  • Manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
  • Manage phone systems and vendor relationships
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Requirements :
  • Sales skills and competent in motivating patients and handling objections
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage a team effectively
