Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager in the
TRUCKING FEILD
to lead and oversee daily business functions within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, effective team management, and seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for optimizing processes to support our growth and success. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, coordinating vendor relationships, and maintaining efficient office workflows to foster a productive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, clerical tasks, and front desk management Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance performance Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for leadership and staff to ensure optimal time utilization Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with employee relations Organize events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional development Maintain accurate filing systems, manage multi-line phone systems, and ensure efficient communication flow within the office Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Good communication skills—both verbal and written—with professional phone etiquette Experience with event planning and coordinating large or small-scale meetings or functions Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiations Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee relations, and training & development Office experience in medical or healthcare settings is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery Join us as an Operations Manager to lead our team with energy and enthusiasm!
