Medical Office Manager Benefits and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years' experience working in a physician office in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of EMR; CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred / Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to interpret financial reports to effectively manage the office.

Medical Office Manager Responsibilities:
- The Office Manager sets financial goals, improves patient satisfaction and contributes to the company growth and development.
- Manage staff scheduling, cash reconciliation and operational checks and balances.
- Maintains efficient registration, patient flow and check out procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and center productivity.
- Provides monthly reporting.
