The Office Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of our Grand Rapids office. This position supports administrative, operational, and compliance functions while partnering closely with leadership to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and staff scheduling Perform routine office tasks to maintain an organized and professional environment Manage employee files and support new hire processing in collaboration with leadership Maintain weekly employee attendance logs and report absences promptly Assist with procurement and inventory of office supplies Assist with payroll processing and audit timesheets for accuracy Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees Support performance review processes and competency tracking Help facilitate staff meetings, including IDG and all-staff meetings Promote a positive work environment that enhances morale, engagement, and productivity Attend all required meetings and in-services Participate in performance improvement initiatives Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Valid driver's license with a good driving record
