Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Administrator •
DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Base Pay + Performance-Based Commission We are seeking an experienced, outgoing dental professional for a dynamic hybrid position in our busy practice. This role combines treatment coordination with front-office administration. You will move between our two checkout stations and main welcome desk, helping wherever patient flow and scheduling needs are greatest. The ideal candidate can provide a warm first impression, manage a busy schedule, and confidently present treatment plans to patients. What You'll Do Welcome and check patients in with warmth and professionalism Check patients out, collect payments, and schedule future appointments Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions Keep the schedule full by confirming appointments, filling openings, and following up with patients Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Discuss treatment costs, payment options, and financing Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with care Collaborate with doctors and the clinical team to create a seamless patient experience Float between the two checkout stations and main front desk based on the office's daily needs Perform the regular administrative responsibilities of a busy dental front office What We're Looking For Previous dental front-office experience required Treatment coordination or case-presentation experience strongly preferred Dentrix experience preferred Confidence presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills Comfortable answering phones, scheduling patients, and filling last-minute openings Friendly, polished, dependable, and motivated Able to multitask and shift between responsibilities in a fast-paced office Team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on patient care and practice growth Compensation and Benefits Signing bonus for the right candidate Competitive base pay Performance-based commission and bonus opportunities Health and dental benefits 401(k) Additional employee benefits Supportive, high-performing team environment Opportunities for professional and financial growth This is more than a traditional receptionist position.
