From veterinarians to support staff, we have assembled a dynamic group of skilled professionals who provide exceptional client service and patient care. If you possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and time management aptitude, an expertise in inventory and cost controls, regulatory compliance, employee life cycle, finance and marketing, this may be the practice for you. A competency in community outreach, marketing, and social media are a must, as well as the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment and facility concerns. Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, we are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and personable with strong coaching and training skills to help us continue to be successful. Included in the day-to-day operations we need someone to manage hospital workflow, team members and leads, along with updating hospital policies and protocols. HR duties will include, but are not limited to, hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, terminating of professional and paraprofessional staff. Payroll, benefits administration, including health insurance open enrollment and 401 K management are all part of the job. We want someone that has the ability to manage the financials including the P&L, benchmarks, KPI and revenue growth. Candidates must possess management experience. A degree in business administration, CVPM or HR certification is a plus. Veterinary/Medical office experience prefered.
