As a Practice Manager, you'll be overseeing the daily operations of the practice focusing on staff relations, customer service, training/education, and financial management. What does a typical day on the job look like? Ensures practice meets operations, revenue cycle, quality and financial benchmarks. Ensures practice meets strategic initiatives and improves fiscal management. Demonstrates human resource management through effective talent life cycle management including recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, employee development, engagement, retention, performance management, and time keeping. Ensures good provider and physician relationships by promoting teamwork. Ensures clinic has effective and efficient clinical operations to include patient flow patterns to maximize physician schedules, referral management process, patient communication and scheduling to foster a customer service focus and culture. What are the requirements for the job? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration 5 years experience in physician's office setting Financial management skills, focused on cost containment, reimbursement, and collection practices. Basic office skills, billing and EMR computer systems
