Oversee the day-to-day operation of a 5 or less physician clinic, focusing on physician relationships, staff relations, customer service, and financial management. What does a typical day on the job look like? Ensures clinic meets operational, revenue cycle, quality and financial benchmarks. Ensures clinic meets strategic initiatives and improves clinic's fiscal management. Demonstrates human resource management through effective supervision, recruitment, retention, performance and compliance with Meritas Policies and Procedures, employment laws and regulatory standards. Ensures clinic has effective and efficient clinical operations to include patient flow patterns to maximize physician schedules, referral management process, patient communication and scheduling to foster a customer service focus and culture. What are the requirements for the job? Bachelor's degree in business administration. 5 years of experience in physician's office setting Financial management skills, focused on cost containment, reimbursement, and collection practices. Proficient experience in reimbursement procedures, efficient practice operation, budgetary finance skills and excellent communications and interpersonal sills are crucial to the success of this position. Basic office skills, billing and EMR computer systems
