The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hours may vary. As the Regional Office Manager - Dental, you'll provide leadership and coordination across multiple dental offices to ensure smooth operations, consistent procedures, and exceptional patient care. You'll support office supervisors and staff, streamline administrative processes, and help ensure every patient's experience reflects our mission to inspire hope and promote wellness. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Office Supervisors and Client Registration Specialists (CRS) within assigned dental service areas Ensure consistent implementation of office procedures, training, and support staff development Review and analyze office data reports, documentation, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality Partner with the Senior Director of Regional Support Services on office operations, staffing, and client service issues Collaborate with the Senior Director of Dental Operations to manage day-to-day dental operations, scheduling, and service delivery Oversee and ensure fiscal accountability, including patient collections, deposits, and reconciliation processes Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance policies Support quality assurance efforts, documentation standards, and timely reporting of any patient-related concerns Communicate changes in policies, procedures, and systems clearly to assigned staff Promote a professional, supportive, and service-oriented office culture aligned with our customer service philosophy Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required Bachelor's degree preferred
