FULL TIME POSITION
Office hours are from 8am-5pm Mon- Fri, but you
MUST BE AVAILABLE
Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Holidays, and scheduled off days as needed.- Job Summary
- We are seeking a Front Desk and Insurance Coordinator to join our dental office team. This person will be the first point of contact for our dental office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, dental claims processing, and treatment planning.
- Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Utilize administrative systems such as Open Dental for patient data entry
- Review and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks
- Assist with collections and maintain dental records
- Submit, track, and handle insurance claims by necessity
- Track and follow up with labs
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Provide computerized dental administrative support to staff
- Qualifications
- Dental insurance billing and coding experience
REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English is required.
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Knowledge of dental professional software and dental codes.
- Knowledge of dental professional protocol, terminology, and procedure/sterilization.
Job Type:

$13.00- $17.
