Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an efficient patient schedule, supporting team members, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen attention to detail. PMS, insurance, revenue cycle, and AR management experience is a must. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.Revenue cycle duties:
billing, entering payments, statements, aging buckets. Patient scheduling oversight/PMS oversight. Oversee payroll and maintain accurate employee records. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Coordinate schedule for staff, including meetings and appointments. Provide training development for staff to enhance their skills and performance. Lead team management efforts, foster a collaborative work environment. Assist in medical office management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations. Training and team development Qualifications Previous dental experience desired. PMS experience desired, specifically Dox. Experienced in dental coding and billing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with medical office management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Requirements:
