In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage administrative functions to create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive practice success by coordinating team members, managing financial processes, and maintaining compliance with office systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to learn and become leader within this family-oriented practice that is making a positive impact in the community . Duties Supervise and support dental office staff, including administrative personnel, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative team environment Oversee fiscal management activities of office accounts, outstanding claims, and collections systems of the office utilizing Eaglesoft, Weave, Vyne. Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient flow, and treatment planning to optimize clinic efficiency Work together closely with owner to ensure office values are upheld Enforce office policies among team members Lead daily huddle focusing on office statistics, upcoming day, room for improvement, putting team/schedule in position to win daily Stay in front of predictable problems and have clear procedures for office to function in absence of owner Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution Facilitate communication between staff members and patients to promote excellent service delivery Implement office management procedures that streamline workflow and enhance patient satisfaction Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as our Dental Office Manager to lead with energy and purpose!
