Job Description

What We Offer Novant Health First Charlotte Physicians Randolph is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Administrator II to provide operational leadership and oversee the day-to-day functions of our physician practice. The Clinic Administrator II manages and coordinates functions and activities related to physician practice operations, including complex management responsibilities such as billing and collections and special projects, including practice start-ups, as directed by Administration. This is an experienced, moderate- to high-level practice management role requiring strong leadership, operational, financial, and problem-solving skills. The Clinic Administrator will support a moderately complex practice environment with responsibility for multiple providers, team members, and revenue operations. What You'll Do Provide leadership and operational oversight for physician practice operations. Manage, coach, and develop team members while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee staffing, workflow, productivity, and day-to-day practice operations to support efficient patient care. Monitor operational and financial performance, including billing and collection activities. Partner with physicians, leadership, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational and practice goals.
What We're Looking For Education :
Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required..
Experience :
Three years of leadership experienc, required. One-plus years of practice manager experience, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of health care administration and clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff development. Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision making. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and develops and maintains skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. Ability to monitor quality control standards. Ability to communicate clearly. Why Choose Novant Health?
