Job Description

Position Overview The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of our 80-employee office. This role ensures a professional, efficient, and organized workplace while supporting tenant communications, travel coordination, expense reporting, and internal hospitality. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who exercises sound judgment, demonstrates accountability, and upholds Big V's commitment to long-term relationships and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and serve as primary liaison with building management and service vendors. Manage mail, deliveries, office supplies, equipment, maintenance coordination, and workspace setup. Distribute legal notices and formal tenant communications in coordination with Property Management and Legal. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for designated departments. Prepare and submit expense reports; reconcile corporate credit card statements in accordance with policy. Support cost management initiatives. Plan and coordinate internal meetings, office events, and catered meals. Maintain kitchen and common areas to ensure a clean, stocked, and welcoming environment. Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees. Qualifications 5+ years of office management or operational leadership experience. Experience in commercial real estate or professional services preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with expense reporting systems. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
